IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:  This spring is is our intention to severly cut back our show schedule as "old age" and illness seem to be catching up with us making it very difficult and expensive to travel to shows.   We know that we will be doing both the Atlanta and Orlando shows in February, probably for the last time - the trip is long and exhausting.   At the moment we are hoping to make the Dayton Show our last show and then put everything into storage.   In the meantime, I will continue up-dating the website as there are many molds that have previously been seen only at shows.  We also have many decorative varations on some of our pieces that many of you have never seen, so hope to snap photos of those and put them on the website. 

It has been great fun and we have enjoyed every minute of it.  Meeting you personally and on the phone has been a pleasure and it has been rewarding to experience your acceptance and love of the exciting and different designs that we have somehow dreamt up.  You have made it all worthwhile.

We love this company and this industry and to us, Lakeland has always been like our child whom we could never part with or sell off, so if there is anything that you may want or need, please try to order it this spring.

L-604 Plain Basket - 7 1/2" Long - 30# - Retail Price: $30.00
This is a versatile, easy to pour basket with no add-ons.  The basket on the left has been made into a Christmas basket by cutting out strips in the body of the basket which we fill with a coarse, red potpourri mixture.   We usually then add a nice big bow on the handle.

This basket, too, is easy to pour with no add-ons.  We usually make this basket to have a country motif by adding real straw as filler and glazing the eggs with a satin brown-speckled glaze which makes them look like the real thing.  The eggs are from Mold #L-202 which contains 7 plain eggs, 4 of which pour from the end and 3 of which pour from the side.  The mold weighs 15# and retails for $23.00.  Shortly we will show below a photo of our egg molds.
